A: Absolutely! Our bounce houses and climbers are perfect for burning energy, while our ball pits and dress-up costumes spark imaginative adventures!
Q: What stuffed animals do you carry?
A: We have an entire stuffed animal safari! Choose from dinosaurs, jungle creatures, farmyard friends, fantasy beings, and even giant cuddly companions!

Q: Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
A: All our packages fly out from our Chicago headquarters with Midwest care! Delivery times:
– Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate)
– Free Standard Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (free for orders over $50)

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We deliver worldwide to most countries, except some remote areas and parts of Asia. We’re especially proud to ship our inclusive Black-owned doll brands globally where permitted!

A: Absolutely! You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our Chicago facility. Follow your package’s magical journey right to your doorstep!

A: Our play experts carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days. During busy seasons (like holidays), we might need an extra day to ensure every doll, climber, or ball pit meets our quality standards.
