We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, with the same care we give to selecting our Black-owned doll brands. Your satisfaction matters more than our giant stuffed animals are tall!

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

To keep all our customers safe and healthy, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bounce houses (for hygiene reasons)
  • Doll clothes & accessories (if packaging is opened)
  • Personalized or custom-made items from our doll furniture collection
  • Opened bubbles (because they’ve already popped with fun!)

📦 How to Return Your Item

Returning your fashion dolls or jungle stuffed animals is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Contact Our Elves: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return (see template below).
  2. Package with Care: Repack items in original packaging with all tags attached, just like our delicate cloth dolls deserve.

💰 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same attention we give to our fantasy creature stuffed animals):

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
